I have also heard bad things about MOMA..... I used to deal with them in
the past thru a company.

Cheers,

Bill & Group,
I agree with Bill Hentzen. I have received instruments done by MOMA
through total dashboard jobs that we have done. The workmanship was
terrible both cosmetically & mechanically. I had to detail them up just
to make them presentable. Another case where the "T Series" owner got
nicked.

The source that I use and also Mike Goodman is: West Valley Auto Electronics Inc. Many years ago he and Margaret were partners, thus MOMA, MOrris Mintz and MArgaret Lucas.
His address is: 19314 Vanowen St. Reseda, CA. Ph. 818 758 9500 Fax 818 758 9504

Skip Kelsey uses Margaret and likes the result. I had one dealing with a Mayflower oil pressure gauge....got it back and it didn't work. Returned it and got it back and it didn't work.
She was not unpleasant.....John Marks does all my instruments, has talented experienced technicians and ton of stock....and he stands behind his work. However in the case of the bezels, just take them off and have them rechromed if that is all that is the matter....

I know the rule 'never say anything about anyone unless it is positive', but
this experience with MOMA was the only nasty and unpleasant M.G. dealing I
have had since the middle of the last century!

Time for my tuppence. I recently had all the instruments done for a TF. For
"complete restoration" MOMA wanted $1600 Morris wanted about $900. As it
turned out I had "clean, service and repair as needed" for the lot costing $500
from Morris in about 4 weeks turn around. Although the faces were not done
they cleaned up nicely and have the right look. This coupled with adverse
comments on MOMA were enough for me. I guess I voted with my wallet but I am happy
with the outcome
