I have had better success with Rustoleum Universal than with Krylon but I will admit that my prep work may leave a little to be desired. Kurt

I had good luck with the Krylon Fusion, until a monkey at the gas station over filled my tank and got gas on the plastics. Byebye paint! I've currently got it painted silver and it's holding up quite well. I followed the steps you would for painting any car/truck/motorcycle plastic: Sand, fill, adhision promoter, prime, sand, fill, prime, sand, prime, sand, paint, paint, paint, clear, clear, wet sand. (Paint was Honda S2000 silver with flex additive) Now... all this work... not worth it for a second. I loaded my bike up on the carrier for the back of my Bronco and scratched the holy hell out of the side plastic. Then I downed it in the sand... then on the dirt... Next time It'll be less work :) Rich in Newberg OR
