torque wrench for the klr 650
They won't do this for the stupid $7 plastic torque wrench case. I asked in
the store, they checked and they won't.
Also, if you go online you'll see "deliver to store" as an option for most
items, it's not an option for the torque wrench case.
Beats me, sometimes Sears is just retarded .... I bought a driver light from
them a few years ago (magnetic screwdriver with a light built in). Batteries
leaked and damaged the bulb assembly so I need a replacement bulb. There is
no model# on the driver or the case and Sears is totally unable to search by
product name, only part#. I even wrote to their customer service including
pictures of the item and they came back telling me they have no way to find
the part# without the model# of the item.
And you hear that Sears is having troubles, odd really ....

Tony,
If you have a Western Auto store near by, check them out for
Craftsman
tools. The one by us when I lived in NC was so much more helpful on
hunting
up "unknown" (as called by Sear) parts and getting replacements.
They would
also replace them with comparable tools when the original part
number/tool
could not be found.

Annual Volunteer Training Workshop Scheduled
The Trabuco Ranger District, Cleveland National Forest, will host
their Annual Trail Volunteer Training Workshop on Saturday, February 4,
2006 for district trail patrols and trail maintenance.
Training will include updates and review of visitor contact
procedures, safety and hazard analysis process, radio procedures, fire
safety information, resource reporting and mapping, trail maintenance and
safe tool use, and volunteer scheduling. Specialists will speak on the
local mountain lion study and on the Chaparral ecosystem.
The training will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Tustin
Ranch Fellowship Hall located at 10200 Pioneer Road in Tustin. Take
Jamboree to Pioneer Road, the facility is at Jamboree and Pioneer. Inland
Empire residents can shorten the drive by taking the 241 toll road and
exiting at Santiago Canyon.
Please bring your lunch or a dish to share. A kitchen is available.
The training facility is very nice so cold and noise won't be an issue th
is
year!
To insure that we have sufficient training materials for each

are welcome.
Note: Annual training is a mandatory requirement of the Forest
