will forks from a 99 650...
hey all
I'm needing to fix up my front end will the forks from a '99 650 fit a
88 klr 600b ?

will forks from a 99 650...
Nitpicking 101: The KLR600 was in production from 1984 through 1986.
In 1987, the KLR650 was introduced. Although the bikes are very
similar, I'm not sure if the forks are an easy swap between them.
Sorry, no real help there.
Do check the VIN and mfr plate on the bike to get a proper ID on the
make and year.

did you check www.buykawasaki.com to see if the part #'s were the same

will forks from a 99 650...
650 forks will fit on a 600, but I'm pretty sure you'll also need to
use the 650's brake caliper.

vehicle first registered 88 klr600 - B4
