The 1984 600A1 was kick only, all the 1985+ 600B1-9 series were electric
and kick.
The only practical way to get electric leg is to get a 600B. The cases
were different, the alternator was different, the wiring harness was
different.

Different frames. Dunno about the tanks, I've never heard of a 600
with a 650A tank.

You can find a table comparing gear ratios in the archives.
As for engine specs, I'm too lazy to type them up right now.
If you are really curious, you could get the base shop manual that
covers the 600A and get the supplement that covers the 650A.
