I'm using 180-degree opposed double rimlocks on the front and 120-degree doubles on the rear. I found that rimlocks opposite each other on the rear made tire changes too difficult. I could do the tire changes, but after fighting with it twice, I gave up and redrilled the rim. I then needed to add 3-4oz of weight opposite the locks. RM

Bob Looks like I have the oldest one so far... Only 30 000 miles, show room condition with all the maintenance logs I also have a 89 with 35k on it Cheers J-L bob wrote: You have me beat. Mine is an "88" with 72,000 miles. Although I still have the original clutch and only did 3 valve adjusments. It does however use oil and I bought a replacement motor for it. The stock one will be rebuilt to at least the 685 kit. Bob. --- In DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com, jean luc ascencio wrote:
