Hey Group, TC 2850 has an issue. If I start on any incline the car "bangs" as if a gear or spline is "jumping" or "popping. Only happens on clutch release. I was able to get back home, up the hill, only by backing up!

My first thought was that the splines in the driveshaft were "spinning". I took the drive shaft out and it seems fine. That leaves the rear end and the trannjy. the tranny has about 1/8 revolution "backlash". Any wisdom out there?

Thanks, Tom TC 2850

BlankHi Gang,
TC 7025 came to life today after a nap of almost 2 years. Had surgery last summer and was recouping all during the TC driving
season. New Battery from Napa and away we went. What a thrill to get back in the most fun car to drive I can think of. Runs like a
top.

Blank Hi Gang,
I ran into a TC owner last night that was unaware of our group and has a problem with his Judson
Supercharged TC. His carburetor freezes up on him and the car stops dead and he has to wait until the system returns to ambient
temperature. He has talked to several people in the NEMGTR and no one has an answer for him other than a heater for the carb. I told
him that's like buying a tweed coat as a cure for dandruff. Has anyone got a solution for him, I suggested he try Hi-Test gas to see
if that helps. I said I would get him on this outstanding list and see if we can help him
Jim, would you please add him to our list
His name is Ted Emerson and e-mail is tpemerson@aol.com . He lives in the Kalamazoo area and his cell is 269-228-0738.
Thanks for the help

John Patterson, TC 7025, Frankfort, MI
