G'day Bob,

Not sure exactly what you mean by 'the Sydney GOF'... as Sydney,
presumably the Sydney MG car club don't stage/host a 'GOF" as such.
The only named GOF (gathering of the faithful) is that which is being
run this weekend in Wagga by the Wagga Wagga MG Car Club. That's in
southern NSW
Just for the record, the American-styled GOF is not practiced down here.
The highpoint of MG activities is the annual National Meeting of
Australian MG Car Clubs held every Easter.
Last was in Maitland NSW hosted by the Hunter Region MGCC.
Next one is in Tasmania, obviously hosted by that state branch of the
club.

Perhaps you refer to the annual Concours, a single day event, which will
be run by the Sydney MGCC September 23rd. Details will be available
from their website I presume.
