Lac Claire Spares cheated me on a Thermostat I bought and when I gave
him a negative rating he got all upset and hired some kind of
arbitrator to resolve the issue and reverse the nagative rating. he
lives in Romeo, MI but all the car nuts I know here in MI some of which
live in/around Romeo have never heard of the guy. Through the
arbitrator he again tried to cheat me. As I live only ten miles away I
suggested he come to MY house and inspect the thermostat and bring my
refund including shipping. He refused and wanted me to send to him the
thermostat and he would decide if indeed it was the one he sent me and
then he would refund my purchase price only. No way Baby. Issue not
resolved and arbirator actually agreed with my resolution over his.
Negative rating still stands. I can't believe ebay hasn't taken him off
yet.
