Abingdon Classics Magazine

Post by DougPulver@aol.com » Sun Feb 06, 2005 7:51 pm

Abingdon Classics was a wonderful all-MG magazine published from October 1981 through July 1986. In sorting out my collection this afternoon, it turns out I'm missing October 1985 and January 1986. Anyone out there willing to part with these issues? I have extras of November 1983 and April 1986. Any help or positive suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks. Doug Pulver TC 5850 San Diego, CA

Hi Doug and list, I have an original painting of an MG PB 4 place painted by James Dugdale. It is suppose to be on the back cover of an English Magazine. I think it was Classic Car? It would be around 1980. The car is two-tone green and shows the RH rear. I'd love to have a copy of the magazine. Any of you MG guys seen it? Thanks Chip Hellie --- DougPulver@aol.com wrote:

I have a full set of Abingdon Classics and a few extra copies, I'll have to check to morrow but I haven't seen Doug's email and I didn't see any that had to do with the strange oilers found on a TA except the last couple.....something wrong here. I also have a full set of Dugdale's paintings. What is it about the PB 4 seater you want to see Chip??
