hi Craig - the T-Register has a DVD in NTSC format on the TD/TF gearbox, which is the same in principle. It is 2 hours long, and that is about the time it will take you to do it (maybe a little longer!) Go to https://www.mgcc.co.uk/t-register/tregistershop/t-register-dvds/ Cheers Roger
