Attachments :Doug Pelton must be away, or he would recognize it. I have a faint memory of it being part of an engine compartment spring set that he supplies, but my filing system has failed to spit out any corroborating information.

Pic shows how "link" wraps around brake pedal, then connects to smaller spring on switch.  Lower spring is return spring.  Pic from Norman's site.
