Hi All, Attached is a photo of the bonnet fitted. I followed Lee's suggestion about bending the top panels back into shape - it took some hard pressing because the metal is a relatively thick gauge - but it straightened OK without any damage to the paint. The side panels went on without too much difficulty although I needed to file a little metal off the front edge of one side to get a neat fit alongside the radiator shell (which was correctly positioned based on various measurements taken) As Steve and Norman mentioned, closing the latches pulls everything tight. Thanks for the suggestions NickTC7142
