Hey, all you guyz: Been tryna stay outta this political discussion, but David's remarks put me over the top, living as I do on the Niagara Frontier Canadian border, & longtime Canadian property owner. Guess what happens, people, when you socialize the hell outta yer places: taxed to DEATH!. They don't seem to get it, merrie England or Canada, that there's no free lunch.
