Pedal fume excluder(I wish!)

Post by JohnHWSteedman@aol.com » Sat Apr 13, 2002 4:10 am

I apologise for returning to a 'thread' so quickly after it was thrashed around but....... is it possible to fit the rubber gaiter moulding over the pedals when they are in place, or should I do it before mounting them? (please don't tell me to throw the thing in the bin!) John TC 0301

Re: [mg-tabc] Pedal fume excluder(I wish!) hi John - you can just get the gaiter over the pedals, try warming it up in hot soapy water first! The strange thing about these convoluted rubber mouldings, or at least every one I have seen, is that they are offset the wrong way, as if made for LHD cars, or maybe the guy who made the pattern produced a mirror image so they never quite fit properly! ocTagonally TCRoger John Steedman wrote:
