Trunnion housing

Post by R.F.Butson » Wed Apr 03, 2002 5:25 am

Has anyone out there repaired a worn front spring trunnion housing? if so what proceedure is recommended? Mine are worn around the contact surface with the bronze bushes and the spring entrance hole. The entrance hole itself I realise is not so important but the wear extends inwards and has cut into the sholder containing the lower fixing bolt hole...Bob.
