Hi everyone,
Can anybody say whether the TA rev counter (not tacho) is different to the TC item, apart from the face markings and 8-day mechanical clock? I'm trying to get a set of instruments together for my TA.
BTW, I thought tachos were something you eat, or is that a taco?
Regards,

Mark, What's in a name really ? The TA/TB rev. counters use a different cable than TC as does the dynamo drive for these...they slip on and have a small set screw. There is a jeweled wind up clock and the face does not have a hole to expose a separate small clock face. IMHO and from much research it seems that the early TAs did not have a redline yet the late TA and TB rev. counters did but then I was born in 1958 so I can not be certain of this..I do try though ! Cheers, John TB#0398

Mark, Go to any Sushi-bar, order a "taco" and it's Octopus. You have the choice: Raw or boiled. "Tachos" is for the Vinegered Taco. Bon Apetit! Octo-gonally, Rick Hara TC6903 Japan
