More on Superchargers

Post by Al Moss » Sat Feb 02, 2002 2:16 pm

Apparently several folks read the blurb I put out on my TC blower installation and wanted to see some photos. I am attaching some and hope you can open them. They may be large and take a while to download, so pour yourself a beer and be patient. If not, let me know and I'll try another floormat (ha ha). Some are of the installation and carb mods to accomodate the slow-running control (fast idle adjustment) and choke, etc. The others are of my pulley mod. The RA needle, same as I always used on my Shorrocks, was too rich for this altitude so I went to a leaner (fatter) one. al moss

Looks like a very beautiful piece of work Al and an exquisite supercharger installation. My compliments. Mr. Badger

Al

Looks like a nice set up. I like what you did with the slow running cable/throttle. That is a good idea, will have to check into that. The one thing that bothers me, or maybe it is not shown, is a return spring on the throttle shaft. It would look like if the clamp on the throttle arm came off/loose you might be in big trouble.

Cheers Dean Illinois
