Hi All
Regarding clock fixers I had all mine done by John Marks at Vintage
Restorations and can highly recommend, but at the time had nobody who could
repair the actual time clock in the rev. counter. And it,s still
inoperative!
Getting back to my poss. timing problems with the TB it would appear from
Skip Kelsey,s and other sources of advice that I need a new type of super
dooper strobe light to check ign. timing at high revs, plus more knowledge
of which dist. to use etc.
Regards
Ron Benson TB

Ron: You dont need any special timing light. Just set the timing at about 5 degrees BTDC statically. Then hook on any decent timing light, and prior to using, figure out what you want for max. timing, and mark your pulley in degrees. Then just hook on the timing light, and rev to max. The light will tell you where you are.
