Clock Fixers

Hi Y'all - Anyone out there know if Hal Kramer still fixes clocks (and if so does he have e-mail?) If not Hal, then whom? John Marks? Margaret Lucas, or? Reccomendations please! Thanks, Pete TC 0252 TC 2903
