A car can be "restored" many times but it is only original once.

If you are fortunate enough to find a good "Original" untouched car, leave it that way! If you must have an over restored car sell the "Original" take the money and buy a cookie cutter over restored version. Bob TC4956

Well done Clive. I applaud you, a true conservator. Would that there were
more like you about. I have seen some fantastic original cars "restored"
over the years and been powerless to save them.
Hate to say it but when the "fool" of which you speak does come along,
chances are good he will hail from our left coast (I won't say the "C" word
lest I ruffle more feathers).
