The good guys...........and headlamps

Hi guys, Just a couple of endorsements; as some of you know, I am quick to report folks who give poor service or try to screw the customer! It is only fair that those who do good work are revealed as well; in this vein let me commend Skip Kelsey, who answers his email and tells you what is in and is not in the shipment so you can plan ahead. Skip also ships promptly, and only includes parts ordered. C. Seabrook, who did a really great job rebuilding the steering wheel on my TB. It had been broken, re-welded, recovered in plastic, and was generally a mess. Fast service and reasonable pricing. Lastly, Phil Marino who rebuilt the Bishop box perfectly, added a little industrial chroming to the sector shaft, put in needle bearings, a modern seal, and a Thompkins kit for a VERY low price- but with high quality workmanship (yeah, I took it apart and peeked!). It came back packed well, and ready to install with the heavy oil already in the box. In closing, I don't know if the photo I am going to attach will come through, but these are the lenses and headlight rings needed to install on the TB. Ben Cordsen did my wheel! And I am attaching his very honest response to the letter. I'm sorry Ben, you were to be included. Brain failure did me in!

Craig did my electric switchery, and did a great job.

So add Ben to the good guy list! And BTW, Ben's repair included the Blumels stamping in the correct locations!

I am somewhat alarmed, you mention a steering wheel Craig Seabrook rebuilt for your TB. Is this the wheel I did for you a short time ago? I recall you had asked about the finish. If this was not done to your satisfaction, please let me know. I do these because I like to and not as a profit making enterprise. Ray, I can also vouch for Craig Seabrook's work. The man is a master craftsman. No question. Didn't know he did steering wheels though! David Lodge Ray wrote:

Dave & Group, We do not restore steering wheels at the Whitworth Shop. Ray had a brain cramp when he mentioned us as restoring his TB steering wheel. Ben Cordson along with other people can do this, I think. Craig Seabrook Whitworth Shop TC/0911 David Lodge wrote:
