seat construction

In the seat back there is a plywood form that has a solid board (2 1/2 X3/4 ) across the top, down both sides . I need to know if there is a board across the bottom ? I thought that someone has one apart that could take a look. Thanks for the help. Rollland Meismer TC#3409-TD#5522 Burlington, Iowa
