Shocker Bushings

Post by Viv James TraX Interconnect (Pty.) Ltd » Wed Aug 01, 2001 10:47 pm

I've been reading this thread with interest. Nobody ever told me this was difficult aso I just assembled my black car links one Sunday afternoon using Moss bushes, some dishwashing liquid, common sense and some minor help from the vise and other simple implements. Then I touched up the paint and bolted the shockers back onto the car for the first time in 30 odd years. They've been in place for a 4 years and they'll probably stay there for a few more. Now that I know that its difficult, when I fit the shocks to my cream car, I'll probably battle all weekend! I'll keep you all posted. Viv in darkest Africa
