I agree with Dean on the order of the snug. However I found that the one I was supplied by Moss , moved around so much that it was forever slipping out from under the rim of the cover and getting in the way of a smooth change and so I have removed it. As I recall my car before I started to restore this part was missing anyway. Probably perished a long time ago. So I guess it is up to the individual. Charles
