Hi everyone,
Hope you all had a good Christmas and New Year and are all well on the way to getting the mean machines road worthy for the summer again!
We are after a little bit of help. Part of our restoration of TC is to replace the horrible dash that was in her when she was bought. She was originally a University Motors Car from London however the company plaque along with the original dash is missing. After much searching through Auto Jumbles and Car Shows, last weekend at the NEC we actually managed to find a replacement plaque however unfortunately it's rather worse for wear. Most of the enamelling is missing which in itself is not a problem. The main trouble is the St. Christopher in the middle of the badge has gone.
Can anyone tell us or indeed send us a picture as to what the centre of the badge actually looks like (especially the inscription around the outside of the St. Christopher itself) as we haven't seen one in the flesh so to speak.
Much appreciate any help out there,
Yours,
Ricky & Sarah

If no one else replies, I will take a photo of mine and send it. Let me know
if you want it.
