Thank you Norm for expressing my exact feelings so well !! Jeff Saline and Martin Earl are people whom it is a privilege to know, if only on line.

Jay Leno's Garage featuring, "Tilting Motor Works Leaning Trikes"A different kind of three wheel bike worth looking at; Leno seems impressed.

Great idea but certainly not revolutionary. Apparently they never heard of Piaggio:

Great idea, at least you get that airplane-banking feeling as with a 2-wheeler. I didn t catch whether they said what the limited of lean is; the mechanism must have physical limits. I did hear the inventor say he could drag the floorboards, but the two-wheel versions probably drag pretty early too.

Very different purposes and markets. The TMWs is an add-on to a Harley. The Piaggio is- well, it s a scooter.

Yeah but there has to be a mechanical limit to the leaning mechanism, whereas you can lean a two-wheeler over until it falls. You may drag pipes or pegs, but the front end won t hit a mechanical stop. These TMWs must have that, they couldn t be built without it.

You know, it's kinda cool particularly if you have physical impairment that prevents you from riding any more. Major downside is that you'd have to have own a Harley to start with

I submit that if you leaned one over far enough (mechanical stop or not) you would have a two wheeler...however squirrely it might be, until you fall over and have to change your underware.
Perhaps there is no need for a mechanical lean stop...it may be a self-correcting issue.
