1. Cheap bike floor pump works fine - buy one if you don't have one. 2. Mobil 1 synthetic ATF is what I like - YMMV. 3. Buy a manual - this will answer many questions. You might want to consider replacing your fork boots with new ones while you have the bike apart - so much easier to do it now. Also check your front brake pads for fork oil contamination. Replace them if they have any sign of oil/wet-looking-goo and clean your rotor. best, ra
