Thanks for the info........ it seems that there are no KLR's in the post Apocalyptic future, but, I noticed that all of the bikes in the article that you posted had some rather brand- new looking tires.....??????

hail damage question - nklr
I am weighing the options on "do-it-yourself" hail damage (dents) on my Toyota Tacoma, and dry ice was suggested...................... I have since learned that one can buy dent puller kits, various types and price ranges. I am looking at one that has a "suction cups and hot glue" concept. Glue the puller to the dent, and pop out, I guess?
So, have any of you all used those types of dent pullers? I am weighing dry ice vs.the hot glue puller contraption.
I thank you in advance.

hail damage question - nklr
I've used the suction cup-style dent puller. A vandal jumped on the hood of my son's old Toyota truck (pre-Tacoma).
The dent had a relatively smooth radius and the puller removed the dent without any damage to the paint.
I bought a set of three different sized pullers from Harbor Freight for less than $20.
The dent I pulled out required the largest of the three pullers in the set; the smallest puller is the set might work for your hail damage.
The pullers work best for smooth and constant radius dents.
