Cool tree house, a RV parking with 50 amp, lots of drive way space, two spare bedrooms, couches, etc. I have a truck and trailer for emergency pickup and a load of tools, etc. Also a possible place to drop off a vehicle and stage yourself from here. Gated community, rural and secure. If your looking for a staging point from I-40 and @10 miles east of Albuquerque and gonna head north into the Sangre De Christo's and other northern areas my place is good as gold. Motorcycle stores are nearby and a neighbor professional home based bike mechanic business. A road up to 10,000 feet (Sandia Crest) with 108 turns of asphalt twisties and a killer view of ABQ. I have a garage, wi-fi, pets, out door shower if so inclined, many tools. Also several good places to eat here in the mountains, brew pubs and local New Mexican food. GPS coordinates as well.
