Ben and Jerrys always gets the most press but there are literally dozens of really good ice cream manufactures here in Vermont (and cheese, and maple syrup and wine and honey and well, you get the idea). Lots of butterfat! When I was a kid there was more dairy cows than people that lived here. Not sure when that changed but it sure isn't the same place anymore. No wonder the OBDR is so popular. Texas has been makin fine Vodka....Titos is the brand (my brand). Supposedly it beat Grey Goose in competition. People are saying we are also making some good whiskey.... But I drink scotch when I drink whiskey. Criswell Sent from my iPad

OK, your on........   found this online and as we all know, the Internet never lies.... Bend is a "Beervana", with one brewery for every 9,111 people and more breweries per capita than any other city in the state of Oregon.   Moab UT has two breweries with a full time population of around 5000 fine folk.  That s the good news, the bad news is that it is Utah beer.  We also have two wineries as well.  So if you want to get blitzed, Moab is the place.   Fred http://www.arrowheadmotorsports.com   From: zootpatutie@... Come on up! Stitches Afloat LLC 4580 Harbor Road Shelburne Vermont 05482 802-985-9547 www.stitchesafloat.com stitchesafloat@...
