finally, i can post to the list

Post by Paul Whatley » Tue Dec 31, 2013 2:39 pm

Great advice, but it reminds me of the first grade teacher that reluctantly told the parent of one of her students, I regret to tell you this, but I believe your child may be lexdysic.   Also reminds me of the dyslexic agnostic insominac..... He lies awake at night wondering whether there really is a dog.   Sorry! DIET! DIET! Many are now learning what I learned MANY years ago. Diet greatly effects your mind. WHEN, I'm on a good diet, avoiding high sodium, MSG, Nitrates, MSG (ya again) that's in Most factory prepared or restaurant foods, WHEN I avoid crap foods, (including Bacon, sausage, processed, meats ETC ETC. CHINESE (ASIAN) foods.  A.D.D And dyslexia are gone.

Think you have things to be concerned with? My 89 year old Dad is showing signs of early dementia- normal, you say?   OK, here's the clincher: I'm starting to exhibit similar memory lapses and lack of focus as my 18 year old son. Now, were I beginning to resemble my Dad, that wouldn't be too much of a concern, but! Teenager? Take me now!  ;)
