I had an empty Uncle Mike's semi-auto pistol holster on the forward edge of a GiVi case and it made a great spot to leave my glasses, side stand plate, etc... It may have also offered a bit of caution to would be thieves: "Empty Holster? Where's the gun??!!" -eddie
