Anybody see this? http://www.buell.com/en_us/ I don't know if I ever would have fit on one, but they made some nice-looking bikes, and I thought they did a pretty good job of coming up with new tech... Chris

Bummer! I hate to see any motorcycle brand go under. Alan Henderson A13 Iowa elkrokko wrote:

This is terrible news, whether you would ride one or not. As nightfall does not come at once, neither does oppression. In both instances, there is a twilight when everything remains seemingly unchanged. And it is in such twilight that we all must be most aware of change in the air however slight lest we become unwitting victims of the darkness. William O. Yep bummer. I Seriously considered buying a Ulysses ..not because I considered it a KLR type bike but I liked the gas in frame, aircooled Vtwin / hydraulic valve, belt drive fuel injection bike. Plus it looked cool. He also seemed to improve the power of that old Sportster engine. A friend that is a serious mechanic and never a Harley fan had an older Buell and loved it. He said it was real low maintenance. He now is riding a Ducati. You woulld think Harley who has an aged following would keep around somebody as creative and inovative as Eric Buell to attract younger riders. Go figure, they keep playing to their crowd but that could hurt them later. Criswell Sent from my iPhone On Oct 16, 2009, at 10:52 AM, Horton Oliphant > wrote: > > Bummer!
