I am considering Eagle Mike's risers, mainly because I feel like I am leaning too far forward while standing on the pegs (and I have a thing for well-machined pieces of metal :)). Will this help the problem? Is the 18mm rise enough, or is there another route I should take? I haven't been riding that long, maybe it's a technique thing. FYI - got the Corbin dished, so far, so good, but not many miles yet. Great construction, fits great, lots more support, and I can now get the balls of my feet on the ground. If nothing else, it's a definate improvement looks wise, a lot lower profile. (Thanks to Bill Doran in Scottsdale for letting me try his 1st). Thanks, Greg in Chandler AZ A20

I use them. It helps. The other thing you can do is to replace your bars with an aftermatket of differnt geometry. I both a Renthal with a CR-HI bend. Others seem to like the Desert bend. There are ATV type bars that fit also. I actually bent the stock bar just tightening my bark busters. Bent it out of round. That was enough for me. Aluminum bars are great. Take a look at Renthal or Pro Taper if you go that way. Randy --- In DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com, "Greg Autrey" wrote:

No, I don't... but as a point of reference, I do have a set from Bierdo and had to do nothing with the stock bars. Guy A16 Richmond, VA At 05:33 PM 9/28/06, game_warden2 wrote:

I got mine from dirtly.com I believe they were only 1" but made a significant difference. If you go 2" you may have to change cables. --- rockiedog2 wrote:

I got mine from Arrowhead. I used the 1" risers. After riding 100 or so miles I would get a cramp in my left shoulder blade. After installing the risers I no longer get the pain. _____ From: DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com [mailto:DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of David Farrell Sent: Sunday, June 24, 2007 10:43 PM To: rockiedog2; DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com Subject: Re: [DSN_KLR650] handlebar risers I got mine from dirtly.com I believe they were only 1" but made a significant difference.
