Hello fellow KLR compadres,
I stopped at the gas station about a week ago, when I paid inside and came back out, I had a vent line hanging almost to the ground. I cannot find where this is supposed to go. I have taken the tank and seat off, and don't see where this could possibly go. There are still three hoses hanging on tight, to small black, and one large clear one that goes to the air box. Any ideas? I is an '07 650. Thanks in advance!

mysterious hose
One each:
To the back of the gas tank.
To the side of the carburetor.
To the bottom of the air box.
To the battery.

end of riding season
All winter I was reading posts from KLR riders living up north who commented on the end of their riding season; I even poked a little fun at some of them .. Well .
The riding season is about to end down here in the Deep South. I am in New Orleans.
In the next few days, summer officially begins. The temps are already in the low 90's, and will creep on up to the high 90's+. Humidity is at about 80+ %, and will get worse, much worse!
Y'all, I am not kidding, you don't want to ride from late June to late Aug. down here. And, the KLR wants to run mighty warn if you do ..
Only two more months till' the start of the riding season.
