klr600 carburettor fuel problem not starting

I'd have to ~guess~ the float lever is still stuck. in the down position before u cleaned it ,but in the up position after. The float should move freely ! check for a hole in the float which would cause it to fill with gas. You checked the diaphragm for holes?
