Can someone direct me to the online source for all that is holy concerning the doohicky. I suppose I need to fix it. Is it difficult? I am fat and lazy so the easier the better.

doohicky help

Why don't you put your location. Maybe somebody in your area will help, assist, or even loan you the tools. Maybe for a little beer, they would even do it for you. --- jonblak12321 wrote:

[klr_adventure_mod] battery recommendation?

Post by Randall Marbach » Thu May 15, 2008 11:31 pm

My son NIck, just installed the "expensive" high performance Yuasa AGM from Fred last weekend. He reports that the starter seems to want to "jump" out the bike... it turns over so hard... he is very happy with it. HTH Randy from Burbank ----- Forwarded Message ---- From: Dale Steele To: KLR_Adventure_mod@yahoogroups.com; KLR_650@yahoogroups.com Sent: Thursday, May 15, 2008 9:05:26 PM Subject: [KLR_Adventure_mod] Battery Recommendation? I've got another dead battery that won't respond to my trickle charger. It did sit for a while when I was away. This is the second time I've replaced my battery in a couple of years. Any good recommendations on an alternative? I recall Fred has a "no maintenance" option for sale. Good/bad experiences with it? Got to get things running again and get out of this valley heat. Hit 100 today and it's only May... Thanks, Dale [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Links
