1999 KLR650 with 5065 miles for $3699.00 at a dealership in my area.Does that sound pretty good? 2001 brand new KLR650 for $4399.00 plus $389.00 freight and setup? I think I may ride my EX500 up and test ride the used one. Jon Neet

A good bike is never worth what it's really worth to you. Is it a good bike? If so, don't worry about resale value. It works both ways, when you're in the market for one.

Hi Jeff, Could you do me a favor and take a photo of the trailer with all the stuff in it that you pull behind your bike for a trip ;o) Just kidding . I love your detailed accounts. If I was twenty years younger I would do the stuff yall do on the KLR but these days I find it a lot easier to crank up the Toyota Pickup for the long trips. Usualy, I said usualy, don't need a trailer. I'm having fun watching yall have fun. Happy trails, Bob in Traverse City, MI
