looking for klr650 plastics red

Post by endovus2 » Mon Nov 26, 2007 10:14 am

Hello, if anybody out there has or knows of any KLR plastics for sale please let me know. Looking for the headlamp plastic that encasis light and connects to the wind visor prefferably red. will be willing to purchase the whole set of plastics if not willing to sell just top plastic which i am looking for. Teaching girlfriend how to ride in a empty parking lot w/ only street lights through the middle of parking lot. Thought she was doing well enough for her to ride by herself and she was until she shifted into second gear and decided she was going too fast suddenly she panics and everything we had been going over the last half hour went out the window. {Front brake ,back brake, clutch, down shift.} I guess she had a momentary laps of memory because she nails the street light then lays the bike down going about 11 mph. Dont worry she popped right back up and was ready to try again, but we had to stop for the day due to the fact that she had done some minor damage to the bike. To the extent of the bikes damamge I dont really know yet but I know I need a new headlamp plastic. So please if anyone happens to read this and you know were I can locate these items drop me a line. Thanks Brian
