I want a new corbin seat form my '08 and I don't need the "Dual Platform
Low Saddle". I wish they made a flat seat that was an upgrade in
quality to the stock seat. Corbin says that they have no plans to make
anything but the Dual Platform Low Saddle for the '08. I anyone else
would like a standard seat vs. the Dual Platform Low Saddle, speak up so
Corbin will consider it.
Thanks

Honestly not sure what a "Dual Platform Low Saddle" is in comparison
to a "standard seat".

Glad you asked, here is a link to it:
http://www.corbin.com/kawasaki/klrhpyt.shtml
I called corbin and they said the the seat base is different from the
08' as compared to pre-08' models. The have no plans to make the same
seats for the 08'+ models as they did for the pre-08' models, instead
they are just offering the "Dual Platform Low Saddle". My point is I do
not have issues with the bike being "too tall", so I don't want the
"Dual Platform Low Saddle", I just want a good corbin saddle that is
high quality and similar in size and shape to the stock 08' saddle.
Cheers

Take your volt-ohmmeter and check for continuity at the male plug on the back. IF there's continuity, the problem's elsewhere. IF there's none, the beam's burnt out.
