Am I reading correctly that the 2008 is almost 50 lbs heavier than the
'07?
Why?
How can a new owner shed some of that bulk?
Thank you,

50 lbs.?
Kawasaki just restated a more accurate weight this time around.
A pre-2008 with a full tank of gas weighs 400 pounds. I haven't seen any
real world measurements on the 2008. It may be a few pounds heavier, but not
50.

Has anyone bought the nerf bars from TPI which appear extremely similar
