I would start by looking for a broke or loose Black/White wire from the CDI up to the ignition switch. Does your kill switch by the throttle work all the time? If so I would focus close to the ignition switch. The Black/Yellow is ground. The switch connects Black/White to Black/Yellow to kill the ignition.
