small tick tick sound in lower end
I just finished upgrading my Balancer lever and doing a valve adjust
and now I hear a slight tick - tick sound form the lower end. I have
taken every thing apart and found nothing. Now I am questioning myself
has this always been there and is a normal sound or do I need to dig
deeper.

Can you give us an idea of the speed of the tick at a certain RPM. Might help so we can determine what part of the engine it is coming from also. Do you have a stethoscope to isolate the area?
