fred does it again

Hey guys, I took my gas cap apart a few weeks ago at the shop to clean it out with the air gun while I was cleaning the tank. No I somehow can figure out how all the parts go back together. I looked it up in both manuals but no luck. I have the brassy ring, 5 springs (well 4 actually), the whole locking mechanism is together and then the platic cap with the metal plate screwed to it. I know this is old news to anyone who isn't a complete newbie here but Fred H has exceeded my expecations yet again. I ordered brake pads this morning and at 3:30 got an email that they had been shipped USPS First Class. Fred, you rock! Alan A13
