sad to say

Haha I think the majority would be in agreement on your observations of rude behaviour and cell phones. I'm not a believer in loud pipes as I don't like to p*ss off my neighbours when I come home after riding. Doubt you're the Bad Apple either. Garrett mauiklr650 wrote: Garrett Smith wrote:

Bad apple here, (I did'nt read the thread, just hate loud bikes) Last week, I witnessed a jackass on a cellphone ruin th e meal of 4 respectable looking elderly folks at an outdoor courtyard. He was alone, shouting his meaningless blather directly at them. On and on about a way to make money in computers... I quietly tried to read my paper, waited for my take-out and barely resisted the urge to smash him on the head with a table. I put loud pipes in the same steaming pile of shit that our society has to endure. I wonder if these people would be so loud without an audience?

snip If you wanna go faster, get a KTM. Or a Honda. Or a Suzuki... If you read this forum for enough years you will be convinced that the KLR runs better with very little modificaion to the motor. In my humble opinion, a loud Harley is less annoying than a loud big single. As my Dad used to say, Pipe Down! Larry --------------------------------- Make free worldwide PC-to-PC calls.
