My wife is a big animal lover. She used to get upset at deer hunting season about all the "Bambi's" getting shot. 2 years of commuting 120 miles a day at night changed her tune. She now wants machine guns mounted on the hood of her car.

Bob's sells them logo-free for about five bucks. I found a couple at Stockmens' Supply, near Glenwood City, WI, at $2.99. In your neighborhood, I'd probably stop in Mitchell. If Tractor Supply didn't have one, Wally World would, or as a last resort, eight bucks at Cabela's. But it's your 'hood. You can probably do better closer to home.

NewEnough.com has a HJC Cool Max balacava for $14 plus shipping. I have one, it fits easily inside a helmet and helps with head and neck warmth considerably. Joe Herring Twin Falls, Idaho where it is a good day for the KLR to be inside the garage.

Rev, Thanks so much for this ride report. It was the first thing I read when I awoke a few hours ago, and it really put a smile on my face. --mkb [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

Looks like there is a digit missing. I found it on REI.com as 725336. --mkb [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
