dear friends: I'm thinking in buy more stiff handguards for my bike... I'm jumping from Acerbis rally II or the acerbis rally dual sport (so I could replace the front turn lights with some "help" for nigth rides..). Even if I'm more closer to a grizzly tha a sweety kid (290 and 6'6) and even if I'm closer to grandpas to grandsons (41) ...I'm an absolutly rockie in bike's mater so old, best, and experimented friends to follow and learn from it will be really nice. Regards Guillermo PS: I almost forgotten (that's the way to write it?)...what kind of PVC/ABS 3' or 4' tube did you use to make the tools compartiment that a lot of you has placed in the front of the skid plate? everybody here told me to found some extra pressure thicker tube...is something like that? the end caps, how did you place it? I would be most than happy to change info and sugestion for beer/meal and help for any traveler around here...

Bad place to connect wiring! I recommend that you connect the positive to the battery cable stud on the starter relay (starter solenoid) which is behind the black plastic cover below and in front of the battery. Connecting to the battery encourages corrosion of the wiring and means that you will have to disconnect and reconnect the wiring every time you remove the battery to check the water.
