dualstar gel seat kit or corbin saddle?
I bet you have the "tongue" at the front of the seat riding on top of the tank supports. It is supposed to be pushed in below there and it will fit flush with the tank. Mine fits perfectly. You will be very happy with it. Just give it a little time to "break in".

Au contrair, mon cher. If your Corbin looks like that, you have the tongue between the fuel tank support and the fuel tank bracket, rather than under the fuel tank support where it belongs. Once I put the tongue under the fuel tank support where it belongs (and it's hard to do that, it's a *tight* fit!), my Corbin fits to my tank like a glove. (Or would, if it were the stock tank rather than the IMS, with the IMS it has a very slight gap at the top). _E> > this problem with a new seat? > > They all do that.

givi rear plate/adapter
Hey guys, I see that Happy Trails makes an adapter plate for the Givi
monokey which moves the box farther back on the bike, I assume to give
more room for two-up riding. Anyone try this set up who could tell me
if there are any issues with a heavily loaded top box this far back on
the bike?
I don't ride two-up very often but I do load heavy. Would I be better
off with the standard plate? I don't need my tool kit cubby so that
isn;t an issue for me.
