Is there a standard "Slow down, cop ahead signal" that you can flash? I've always wondered about this. Josh A7 http://www.bntr.com/doofus/KLR650 . --- Arden Kysely wrote:

Glad you brought that up. I flash my high beam 3 or 4 times, or use an old Army thing that many people understand, L arm straight out and raised and lowered slowly. None of this is an attempt to obstruct justice, just me expressing an opinion that the other guy is moving too fast, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. DC Lourd Baltimore wrote:

The one I'm used to seeing is a rider with clutch hand palm downward , maybe moving the hand up and down a bit to say, 'slow down.' This is different than the low hand wave you get from some bikers. __Arden --- In DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com, Lourd Baltimore wrote:

Since this thread started, I have been doing an informal study. In my area (SE Michigan) a full 1/2 of the Harleys will return my waive on my KLR

tweety has arrived...

Could anyone post a pic of how they have done this. Tweety set upon me last month at 8,000 miles. I am not "adjusting" to it as I had hoped. Keith
